Abstract:
The relevance of combining Social Media Analytics/Social CRM with Decision Support Systems based on Business Intelligence (DSS/BI) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is shown. Based on their combination, a new type of DSS is proposed – Social Media Spatial DSS/BI. A variant of the implementation of this system on the Social Media Analytics software platform of SemanticForce, which has its own Blueberry semantic analyzer, is shown. Reasonable feasibility of introducing Social Media Analytics/Social CRM to the Business Analytics Taxonomy, which defines a system of software applications for typical areas of business. The application of the developed unified system can ensure an increase in the effectiveness of automation tools in various areas of Social CRM at the national and international levels.
